Pam Tejes is part of ProQuest’s Workflow Solutions Implementation team where she assists clients in configuring and preparing Counter and Print (ILS) data for harvesting and ingestion into Intota Assessment. Her career includes over 15 years of experience in IT and library-related software roles. Previously, Pam was a technical trainer and senior consultant at SirsiDynix and more recently managed customer services and relations for the Office of Information Technology at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Pam holds an M.L.I.S. from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College) and a B.S. in Biology from Loyola University Chicago.
