Vice President, Engineering, ProQuest Workflow Solutions
Greg Zick, Vice President of Engineering, leads the development teams for PQWS products including Summon, Intota, Knowledgebase and 360 link. Working closely with product and business, the engineering groups focus on the effective design and delivery of high quality products that provide real solutions and value to the library community.

Mr. Zick’s professional career includes being a Professor at the University of Washington and extensive consulting in the software product area with large and small companies. He has worked on solutions for libraries for over 15 years. First as President of DiMeMa, a startup company that developed the library content management software CONTENTdm, then at OCLC and ProQuest. His interests are to bring the best practices of current technology into the library product development process.

Mr. Zick holds a PhD in Bio Medical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He taught software engineering, holds six patents, and was Chairman of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Associate Dean for computing all at the University of Washington.
