Find out more about recent improvements to Summon’s relevance algorithm. The presentation includes enhancements to known item searching, improvements for general, exploratory searches, and adjustments to both static and dynamic ranking to ensure better results for the end user. Learn details and insight into recent changes in the algorithm as well as a glimpse into the roadmap for relevance moving forward. Included in the presentation will be a snapshot of user feedback gathered during evaluation of the new algorithm’s performance.
