DT07: The Hills are Alive with the Sound of Metadata: How Summon and the Knowledgebase Work Together to Represent Content

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Article titles, and article authors. Publication dates, and publication places. Title lists that populate our knowledgebase. These are a few of our metadata things. Join our content experts as they walk you through what it takes to get metadata into Summon and the Knowledgebase, and how the two relate to each other to make content discoverable. From ingestion to post-ingestion maintenance and updating, learn about what it takes to manage such copious amounts of metadata, and how it can influence the user experience when using Summon and the Knowledgebase.

When the link breaks, when the duplicate dings, when you’re feeling mad, just simply remember these metadata things. And then you won’t feel so bad. (We hope)
